Can I return my order?

You can return your order if you notice us maximum 14 days after you’ve received your order*. Once we receive your return we will credit your purchase amount within 7 working days. Return send costs are not covered by, unless the product is claiming its warranty, then you will not have to pay for the return cost of course but we do need a photo for proof. *Products with broken seals may not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.


How can I return my order?

Mail us at
– Make the headline start with: RETURN order *order number*
– Mention the following in your mail:
Your name and address

Order number

Purchase date

Full Bank number (we are not responsible for any mistakes in your mail)

– Include a picture of the item when it is damaged.

We will answer you with the return procedure. Never send us your package immediately, always wait until you have spoken to our helpdesk.


If we send you an email with the procedure and you have to send your package, always ask for a track and trace code and keep the proof of delivery.


What are the return cost?

The costs for a return are for the buyer (you). This only excludes damaged products that claim warranty (photo for proof is required). For the return procedure see question: ‘how can I return my order?’.


What are the return conditions?

Return can only be send within the set return period (14days). After this period you cannot return the products.
The articles are not used and all tags and or wrappers are in place.
The articles do not have any traces of use.
Creams and hygienic products can only be returned when they aren’t opened.
