How do I place an order?

  1. Shop till you drop. Place your item(s) in your shopping bag. Finished shopping? Click on the shopping bag and check your products. When you are ready to complete the order, click on ‘Go to checkout’.
  2. Check out. Fill in your personal data and double-check them before you go to the next step.
  3. Choose your sending method. If you want a quick delivery you can pay extra for quicker delivery.
  4. Payment. Choose your payment method and follow the given steps to round up your order. After you’ve finished this step you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox of the given email address.

When can I expect my order?

Due to high demand our delivery times are a bit longer than normal, your order will be delivered in between 5 to 14 days (incl weekends) in The U.S, Australia, The Netherlands, Spain and France. For other countries this is up to 21 days. This is longer than you expect for us, so to make it up we have a special discount code for you: “15CS2018”. If you use this coupon when checking out, you will get 15% discount on your order, so at least you’ll have the best price!! – With love, Cellulite-shop team.

How can I follow my delivery?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation and track order link within 24 hours. If you haven’t received this within 3 working days, please contact us at orders@cellulite-shop.com

Where will my order be delivered?

The order will be delivered to the address you have given us during the check-out.

I am not home at the moment of delivery, what now?

No problem, we will try to deliver the package at your neighbor’s house. If none of your close neighbors are at home we will try to deliver your package other moment.

Oh no! My order is damaged

It’s very unfortunately, but when you receive a damaged order this is not your fault of course. We kindly ask you to immediately contact orders@cellulite-shop.com and let us know the problem and your order number. Also include a picture of the damaged goods. Our helpdesk will help you as soon as possible and find a solution.

I have a complaint..

Then we hope we can help you! Let us know your complaint via info@cellulite-shop.com and we will try to find a fitting solution as soon as possible. Does the complaint has something to do with an order you’ve received? Please mention your order number in your mail. You can also leave your message here.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty period is for all products are 14 days. If your order is damaged or you have another complaint let us know within this period. Mail orders@cellulite-shop.com and mention your order number. Our helpdesk will help you as soon as possible and will look for a fitting solution together with you.

What are the warranty conditions?

The warranty is only valid within the warranty period and when there is a solid complaint. The complaint is not valid in any of the following cases:

  • Wrong use or negligent maintenance
  • Intentional or negligently created damage. For instance: water-, fall- and/or shock damage.
  • Damage due to not keeping the washing instructions
  • Wastage

We can ask a picture of the damage for proof.
